# Cluster-Tool Routing Model Card v1

Experiment: `SA-EQP-CLUSTER-TOOL-033`
Version: `2026-08-30-cluster-tool-routing-v1`
Execution mode: deterministic original dimensionless teaching model

## Intended Use

Support bounded comparison of cluster-platform family, route topology, chamber matching and workload balance, queue/residency evidence, contamination carryover, tracking/job context, and downstream facility handoff.

## Mechanism Boundary

The packet is not a discrete-event simulator, production scheduler, digital twin, queueing model, chamber matcher, contamination transport model, throughput estimator, equipment controller, host interface, safety model, or dispatch system. Ordered state is a teaching index, not time. Categorical platform families do not encode physical robot or chamber configuration.

## Inputs

The full Cartesian input surface contains eight categorical axes. Source records contribute vocabulary provenance only. No source numeric value, equation, coefficient, geometry, timing, condition, result, or model output enters any proxy.

## Outputs

Twenty normalized proxies, eight mutually exclusive review regimes, four role views, five categorical upstream bridges, a downstream facility/abatement handoff, and three exact integer teaching ledgers. All 112 prohibited physical and action fields are fixed at numeric zero.

## Validation Boundary

Passing validation proves deterministic contract conformance, exhaustive label coverage, byte-identical reruns, exact ledger closure, pair identity, and CSV/JSON identity. It does not prove scheduling feasibility, route optimality, deadlock freedom, chamber equivalence, process quality, contamination source, equipment safety, or production fitness.

## Reachability Amendments

CTR-RA1 and CTR-RA2 alter only two source-independent categorical label boundaries after an isolated pre-amendment 6,912-row diagnostic reproduced exactly two missing labels. Equations, coefficients, source set, rights status, axes, and physical-action boundaries remain unchanged.

## Required Replacement

Before operational interpretation, replace each `replacement_slot` with accountable route, timestamp, process/control job, substrate/module tracking, chamber comparison, sensor, metrology, queue/residency, contamination, software, safety, qualification, and approval evidence. Human owners remain responsible for every route, hold, release, maintenance, and disposition decision.
