# SA-EDA-CTS-ROUTE-IR-002 - CTS, Routing, and IR-Drop Report Handoff Replay

## Purpose

This v92 browser replay teaches how clock-tree, global/detailed-route, extracted-RC, and power-integrity evidence must be aligned before an isolated report value is reused. It joins selected states from three independently verified, PDK-free SemiAgora fixtures as a cross-report rehearsal.

## Data Contract

- 4096 rows = 4 clock profiles x 4 routing profiles x 4 power profiles x 4 handoff stages x 4 review roles x 4 evidence postures.
- Source values preserve saved teaching metrics from SA-LAY-007, SA-LAY-008, and SA-LAY-009.
- Normalized 0-100 scores are deterministic report-triage proxies, not physical units, calibrated predictions, or signoff limits.
- The Cartesian product is a juxtaposition of independent evidence states, not a coupled OpenROAD/OpenSTA/PDNSim/OpenRCX run.

## Source Fixture Lineage

## Public Execution Boundary

- No live OpenROAD, OpenLane, OpenSTA, TritonCTS, FastRoute, TritonRoute, PDNSim, OpenRCX, SPICE, PEX, or server-side EDA execution.
- No uploaded design, netlist, constraint, timing, congestion, DRC, route, power, activity, DEF, GDS, LEF, Liberty, SDC, SPEF, or report parsing.
- No PDK, standard-cell library, technology file, extraction rule, foundry rule deck, proprietary report body, or restricted design collateral is copied or redistributed.
- The three source fixtures are independent PDK-free teaching experiments. Their Cartesian juxtaposition is a report-handoff rehearsal, not a coupled implementation run.
- No row is timing closure, detailed-route completion, EM/IR signoff, ECO guidance, tapeout readiness, qualification, foundry acceptance, or product readiness.
- Owned tool versions, design checkpoint, libraries, constraints, extraction, activity/current data, corners, report provenance, and accountable owner review are required for engineering reuse.

## Replacement Evidence Needed

Engineering reuse requires owned CTS and propagated-clock STA reports, routed congestion and detailed-route/DRC reports, extracted parasitics, PDN source and connectivity context, vector or approved activity/current data, static/dynamic IR and current-density reports, aligned corners and tool versions, design checkpoint provenance, change-control context, and accountable timing/routing/power-integrity owner review.
