# Endpoint Sensor Fusion Teaching Model Card v1

Experiment: SA-EQP-ENDPOINT-SENSOR-029
Version: 2026-08-30-endpoint-sensor-v1
Status: packet-complete-independent-pass

## Purpose

Provide a bounded, deterministic comparison surface for reasoning about endpoint-sensor modality, process context, signal formation, drift, calibration, ambiguity, false endpoint, fusion, and measurement handoff. The model is a teaching artifact, not a process-control or equipment model.

## Mechanism Boundary

OES, interferometry, RGA, pressure, RF, and temperature are represented as separate categorical families. The model distinguishes etch-centered and deposition-centered contexts, but does not infer a physical signal from a material, chemistry, chamber, recipe, tool, or source publication.

Every numeric proxy is original, normalized, dimensionless, and bounded. The coefficient table is authored for this packet and uses no source number, equation, fit, calibration, threshold, sensor output, or solver result. Ordered states are labels and are not time.

The three integer ledgers are exact bookkeeping identities only. They are not mass, energy, signal, uncertainty, confidence, or process balances.

## Signal Families

- OES: category-level emission, optical path, spectral transition, background, and viewport evidence.
- Interferometry: category-level reflection, phase/fringe, interface, optical stack, and access evidence.
- RGA: category-level sampling path, mass-channel, fragmentation, background, inlet, and contamination evidence.
- Pressure: category-level gauge, zero, transient, thermal, contamination, and control-loop evidence.
- RF: category-level electrical transition, impedance/harmonic, coupling, matching, and arc evidence.
- Temperature: category-level thermal transition, emissivity, optical access, lag, spatial response, and calibration evidence.

No family is treated as endpoint truth. No modality shares calibration, threshold, or decision logic by label.

## Decision Boundary

Eight precedence-ordered regimes summarize signal capture, signal formation, drift control, calibration traceability, transition discrimination, false-endpoint control, fusion readiness, or bounded review. Role and bridge labels are closed categorical vocabularies.

Labels do not authorize wavelength, mass-channel, pressure, RF, or temperature selection; threshold or baseline setting; calibration correction; process stop; equipment action; maintenance; wafer disposition; qualification; or production release.

## Validation Boundary

The independent verifier must:

- reconstruct all 6,912 rows in the declared order;
- recompute all 20 normalized proxies without importing generator code or helpers;
- replay all eight regimes, role gates, measurement gate, and bridge labels;
- close all 16 integer equations exactly;
- prove all 112 prohibited fields are numeric zero;
- prove physical identity for every adjacent evidence pair;
- compare every CSV and JSON cell;
- perform two isolated unchanged-input generator reruns and require byte identity;
- verify canonical hashes and boundary hygiene.

Passing proves deterministic contract conformance only. It does not prove physical sensing, endpoint accuracy, false-positive or false-negative performance, calibration quality, uncertainty, robustness, equipment safety, recipe suitability, qualification, or production fitness.

## Required Replacement

Before any engineering or production use, replace every teaching assumption with owned and revisioned evidence for process context, material stack, chamber and sensor configuration, optical and sampling paths, signal acquisition, synchronization, calibration, uncertainty, drift, endpoint truth, false endpoints, fusion logic, fallback behavior, metrology correlation, equipment action, and disposition ownership.

## Reachability

No reachability amendment was required. The first exhaustive 6,912-row generation represented all eight regimes and every declared closed label under the locked coefficients and thresholds.

## Public Status

Exact Sites v109 remains unchanged. This packet has no public route, reserved version, deployment, or website integration.
