## Purpose
This model card documents the v84 public SemiAgora browser replay for learning how floorplan choices can appear in congestion, PDN/IR-drop, CTS, and STA-style report evidence.

- 0 live OpenROAD, OpenLane, OpenSTA, Magic, Netgen, PEX, field-solver, SPICE, or signoff server runs.
- 0 user uploads, accounts, payments, comments, newsletter signup, job/event workflows, or public service intake.

## Public Boundary
- No DEF, GDS, LEF, SPEF, SDC, Liberty, routed database, proprietary report, or user design file is accepted or parsed.
- No PDK, rule deck, standard-cell library, timing library, extraction technology, or NDA material is redistributed.
- Numeric values are normalized teaching proxies. They are not calibrated to a foundry node, macro, chip, package, or product.
- Real reuse needs rights-clean owned design data, exact tool versions, PDK/license authority, timing and PDN reports, and design-owner review.
