Language and comparison
We measured the drain current at VDS = 0.05 V. Both groups were tested at the same gate voltages. The treated devices showed a higher current.

Claims and evidence
After 100 ALD cycles, the mean current increased from 1.00 to 1.12 arbitrary units in three devices per group. This observation alone does not establish trap elimination or long-term stability.
