CORRECTIONS

Corrections are part of the evidence trail.

SemiAgora treats corrections as normal engineering hygiene. A result should be easy to inspect, challenge, repair, and reissue without hiding the earlier boundary.

What gets corrected

Technical errors, unclear model boundaries, wrong units, broken links, figure defects, citation mistakes, and misleading wording are eligible for correction.

How changes are recorded

Meaningful changes are recorded in the project changelog and the relevant lesson, lab, or website evidence note. Older history is preserved instead of silently rewritten.

Publication gate

Automatic QA does not replace human review. Public lesson releases require uninterrupted listen/view checks and regenerated assets when a correction changes the learner-facing result.
