CIRCUIT REPLAY LAB / SA-CIR-002

Replay analog primitives.
Read the limit first.

This lab collects two precomputed analog-primitives simulations: current mirror compliance and sense-amplifier regeneration.

REPLAY CARDS

Headroom and decision margin.

Open each run card for the dataset, method, and non-claim. The lab stays static until solver-backed circuit evidence is promoted.

SA-SEED-CIR-MIRROR-COMPLIANCE-001

Current mirror compliance and output resistance

Replay output voltage and output resistance to see when a current mirror stops behaving like a current source.

  • Move output voltage toward the compliance edge and watch current-source behavior collapse.
  • Compare output resistance before blaming only mismatch.
  • Use the card as a practical analog-design bridge before SPICE sizing.

SA-SEED-CIR-SENSE-REGEN-001

Sense amplifier input delta, offset, and regeneration

Replay input differential, offset sigma, decision probability, regeneration time, and fail-rate proxy for memory and comparator intuition.

  • Move input delta and offset sigma together to see why small-signal sensing becomes a yield question.
  • Read regeneration time and decision probability as separate outputs.
  • Compare this generic card with the SRAM sense-margin simulation.

No live ngspice, Xyce, PySpice, proprietary model deck, circuit upload, account, payment, comment, or signoff workflow is enabled. This is a static replay lab.
